Tranquility
.
Be not disturbed at trifles, or at accidents common or unavoidable is Benjamin Franklin's definition of tranquility. In other words tranquility is not getting angry over the small things and focus more on the better things in life. Perfecting tranquility would be a big accomplishment for me because I tend to get angry easily and I need to remember that life is too short to dwell over small things that aren’t worth getting angry over. In Benjamin Franklin’s many list of virtues I think tranquility is something I think would be the most important for me to overcome and succeed in.

In the process to perfecting tranquility I will try my best to not let things get to me. Also when someone would say something that could some how affect me, I will try to think of it in a positive way instead of the negitive way like they want me to. Also in these steps I am going to be logging into this website whenever needed to write things down to help me with this process.

I have had many challenges come upon me but I have tried my best to not let them get to me. Usually small fights may occur during the day because some people are talking badly on others, but i have learned to overlook them and try my best to perfect tranquility. This process is actually helping me a lot because I learned that living a life with less stress is very helpful by not letting the small things get to me.
:)

Cheyanne,
I am so glad that practicing tranquility is helping you to be less stressed! I agree that overlooking the minor annoyances in life can really help your overall attitude and well being.

Today has not been the best day to test my tranquilty usually I have many obstacles that I have to overcome but today has been really good and its almost the end of the school day. Its either Im getting better at tranquility or Im just not coming face to face with tests like ones from yesterday. Im suprisingly enjoying this project because its actually helping me with something in life, and easy to get a good grade in.
:)

Cheyanne,
I am so glad you're enjoying this project and that it's helping you be tranquil! -Mrs. V

Wow, i never realized how much this project was actually going to help me, since yesterday was a really bad day for me. I have been hearing a lot of rude things coming from different students arounds CASHS even though i was never really friends with Sarah Hurley (rest in peace) the things that people have been saying are completely inappropriate and with this project of trying to perfect tranqility i have learned to keep my mouth shut and let people have their own opinion on things even though what they are saying are complete rumors.
Rest In Peace Sarah Hurley.
We miss you.

Lately i havnt been tested on my tranquility. Even though i did start a fight between me and my mom over something that was really stupid and not worth it but with this project i have learned to control it and i stopped myself before the problem escalated too far. In the long run i think this project will be good for our school to help us handle things better and not fuss over the things that dont matter.
:)

Cheyanne,
I agree with you immensely in that it is best to try not to worry about the little things. You are very wise, and I am so glad this project has maybe helkped you think about these things :).
